Two New Merit Badges!
Hello!

I love the vast selection of merit badges that StoryMistress has artfully rendered for our enjoyment. I find myself sometimes imagining other badges that might be desirable, and two continue to come up in my mind as particularly useful:

"Raffles" Merit Badge -- The need for this badge is obvious considering how many of these activities raise funds for worthy groups. Running a raffle is not easy and they are not all created equally nor run efficiently. It takes organization, knowledge of site navigation, creativity, math skills, consistency, and honor to run a successful raffle. I noticed that all the third-tier "Type" badges are attached to a type of item that can be created. Admittedly, raffles are not item-types themselves so their exclusion from this tier is understandable. I just wish they could find a home so that this merited skill could be awarded and recognized.

"Characters" Merit Badge -- Many times I notice an author that is especially talented at creating memorable characters. I think a badge for this talent is warranted.
