That question has been asked frequently over the past several years, and I'll pass on the main response. Probably not from the official standpoint. Such conventions are very costly in both terms of time for organizing and running, and of money to fulfill such an event.
Some folks have discussed the possibility of smaller, regional get-togethers, but have not heard of anything coming to pass yet.
One day I hope such an event is held; I will be one of the first to sign up. (And I hope I'm wrong about the official standpoint. )
