I would humbly like to submit a suggestion, or consider it a question if I am failing to see a feature properly.
When I respond to a review, I am offered the WritingML Tool bar which gives me the ability to quickly choose color, bold, italics, etc... I'm also offered this handy tool bar when I post in forums like this one. However, when I submit a review, there is no WritingML Tool bar offered. It sure would make reviewing easier if we had that capability.
