Hiya :)

Hi everyone :)

I've got a few ideas for contests, if anyone would like to hear them?
Maybe we Taelents could do a reviewing contest/challenge, like we have to have a quota of reviews for a either a day, week or month (?) to help us improve with our skills? (I don't know, maybe have like a minimum number of reviews a month [depending if the person has the time of course; they might just elect a certain number? Like 20, 35, 50, 65, 80 and 100+ ?) (Or whatever?) then with the points we all receive (assuming that all of us are reviewing a new person each time, or getting rewards GPs) we cut a percentage of the points we each get from each review we do, pool it all together in something like a kitty, then we use the pooled points as a reward at the end of the month for the people who have done the most reviews in each category? (the elected numbers I mean.) or just the person who did the most reviews in general for the month?
(Sorry of that's confusing!!)

What do you all think? Too strange and confusing? Or just too "lame?"
Maybe we could spice it up by giving the person at the end of the year an awardicon or something for doing the most reviews out of the whole group??
Maybe something else? Like giving them a portfolio upgrade? Something that will give this challenge an edge and get people motivated!!

Please reply to tell us what you think!!
