You can use the review tool to do brief reviews as well as longer ones.

Including something pre-formatted is what the review tool is for. You can have multiple review templates stored in your review tool. A review template can be "just a signature" for doing that kind of review.

Reviews are displayed in multiples per page, so signatures with multiple images -- some people have up to 30 in their regular email/forum signatures -- are not very suitable for reviews.
