Suggestion Box

I am sure someone has posted about this before, I searched but nothing came up...I mean, the forum was empty. I was wondering, just like having those boxes to 'include on public review page', maybe we can have one saying "attach signature" or just have it load automatically in the box. I know I can create a review template with it included, but if the piece was perfect, and I wanted to just pop over and say so without needing to write a lengthy review, it's a lot of extra work. Let me know if there is already an option that I have yet to find regarding it. :)
