Hi Emma,
Welcome to WDC. This site can seem a bit overwhelming at first, but take your time, have patience, and explore. I find that you can learn a lot by just jumping in there and doing it. There are many people here that are willing to help you. I see that you have already been given some good advice from Raoc. Writing.com101 and the FAQ page is good place for you to start. Don't feel too badly, many others have difficulty using computers too. I for one, am computer illiterate. Best wishes to you and keep writing.
