I'm sorry, but I think that authors who are not even registered and have no items in their portfolios should not be allowed to review. I just had an experience where a nonregistered author reviewed one of my poems, rated it as a 3, said some very nasty things, and then at the end she admitted that she barely passed college poetry. Why should these people be allowed to review when they have not even proved they can write? Do nonregistered members even have to pay for their memberships? This person whom I am speaking about has had an account for three years and has never written anything. How can he/she be qualified to review items? All this person did was bring down the rating on a poem for which I usually get 5 stars for. Please help me to understand the validity of this.
