Suggestion Box

I'm trying to give Two ribbons and a Merit badge out for my poetry contest. I have a group that I use as a bank to keep my personal GPs from my contest GPs for ethical and logistical reasons. The only problem is I have to send myself the GPs in order to give out the ribbons and merit badge to the winners of them. Well, it isn't a big problem but it would be easier if I could give these items through my group rather than shifting the GPs around so I have to send them from myself. So my request is:

Is there some way you could make it so a group could give out MBs and Awardicons?

I probably should have said the question first before the explanation but I guessed it worked as well.
