Sorry to say I've been one of the silent members almost ever since I joined. I am still writing, although not as much as I would like, and I sometimes even remember to come here and read the latest posts. Sometimes.
Most of the time I don't have anything to say, so I keep quiet. Have to give your copyright essay three cheers, though. I was always taught to cite my sources, and all the non-fiction writers that I respect are scrupulous about their bibliographies. I don't see why anyone would think that plagiarism is acceptable. At university you can be thrown out for failing to properly reference your research. Why should publishing online be any different?
