This is wholely a function of your computer and web browser, of course.

That being said, I highly recommend using a combination of Firefox and the Lazarus "Form Recovery" add-on.

Lazarus is also available as an add-on for Chrome:
          https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/loljledaigphbcpfhfmgopdkppkifgno
(Note that the Chrome version is beta and not as good or full featured as the firefox version.)
