Suggestion Box

I think this would be cool. For example, you pay for an Upgraded for a year, because you don't need all the space of a premium, but still would like the costumicon. Probably would cost a good bit, especially if done for a year or something, but perhaps add the choice for when you purchase a membership to include a costumicon subscription for a set price per length of membership being purchased? I hope that made sense.
