Making Subjects Relevant
Hi -

I have a suggestion related to what people put as their subject when posting to any of these help sites.

I think it would be helpful if the topic being asked about was put in the subject line, instead of entries such as "I have a question..." For example, I am writing about "Making Subjects Relevant", so that is what I put as my subject.

I was just trying to find some information in the technical support forum, and the subjects were so vague I could not tell what they were about. I assume you can do a search (which I did not try), but it would be nice if you could also scroll down through the messages and have at least a vague idea as to what the topic is about.

Perhaps that could be mentioned in the instructions on how to use the forum?

Thanks,

Renate Bergman
