If you've got your outlines done...is there a part of the story that will take place, but not actually be part of the story. For instance (just an example, not having read what's come before ), if there are passages of time that won't be told like when the protagonist is slowly working through, or falling into this hatred of herself, that won't be necessary to write into the novel to tell the story, but will still be happening in the background. Or maybe take an existing scene you plan to write, and jump into her head for a little while - completely immerse yourself in her thoughts (either doubt or possible solutions) for a few paragraphs.
Or, if that's all how the story will go anyway, this round may just be not applicable for you since you're writing it into your novel. So you could say 'N/A'.
