Here is the fault to your logic:

I paid for a membership to this site. As such, I am your customer. Your solution is, in theory, is the same as me telling a customer if they want my store to supply something maybe they should just bring it in with them. As your customer I do not feel it is my area of responsibility to install anything. It should be your responsibility to make this site as user/customer friendly as possible through your own work. What exactly does the fee I was charged for a membership go to?
