Hi Emerin,

Well no, really, I don't write it down, unless I'm writing an email to a friend. But what I do is when a moment in a story which is painful or sad that's similar to an experience I went through, I breath deeply and remember everything, every detail, every aching pain. Once it flows through me and I feel on the verge of crying, I feel my heart ache and the mix emotions. I write my scene and pure my feelings into. Therefore, making it more realistic, which touches the hearts of my readers. And that's a part of a true writer's gift. We not only can write, but we can act our parts in the confines in our home and be each character we create, whether their evil, good, or a hero.
