Port Surf / Port Search was suggested, but these are Premium+ Tools.

You want to use the "Search" link found on your "My Portfolio" page.

Above your portfolio area, just below the header, you'll see these links:

Main   Add Item   Tools   Folders   Search   Settings

Click the "Search" link to open the portfolio search that's available to all members.

For viewing/searching individual member ports, the only option for that right now is the "Table of Contents" that each author has for their portfolio.
