Suggestion Box

What about this - an option in account settings to enable a slim in-window floating version of the review box that remains static on the bottom of your browser window even as you scroll down. The review box would remain in place at the bottom of the screen so that you can easily make comments as you read without having to click your review tool and then back on the item, having the review tool drop to the back of your open windows, and so you wouldn't have to scroll down to get to the "non floating" review box that's there now.
I just feel it would make things easier, and if people felt like it was too much clutter they could always disable it.
