Suggestion Box

Thank you, all it was was a suggestion, I don't really expect anything to come of it. I felt that as long as I was making a suggestion I'd express in a another wish/suggestion. I didn't attact anyone, I didn't malign anyone, I didn't really even expect any response and certainly I didn't expect much discussion, perhaps some regarding the line break, but on the math? I am a bit surprised at the controversy it seems to have caused.

I will, and do, admit to this being something of a touchy subject and a soapbox of mine. Being a physicist the current state of American public's knowledge in science and math concerns me greatly and I find that many of the sterotypes and preconceptions insulting. That being I said, please allow me to reword my suggestion for the sugestion box, please?

In case you would say yes I will state it again hopefully a bit clearer:

I would like to suggest that a line back allowing the insertion of a blank line in the bio-box might be useful for people.

As long as I am here it would be nice to be able insert equations and the use of scientific notation in stories. To a limited sense this is available at the present time but I have there are a few limitations at the present. I realize this is a low priority item and it is a personal wish more than a request. So if it is beyond the scope of this site that is cool, no sweat.

It was never my respect to insult or attack anyone so if anyone feels insulted, attacked, or maligned I offer my sincere apologies. If anyone would like to continue the discussion regarding math and the ability to insert more into work done and posted at this site I would be more than happy to continue it in a more apprpriate forum, I am pretty sure this is not the correct location for this discussion. However I don't know where is, so a direction to the proper forum would be most appreciated.
