Noticing Newbies

Hey everybody, I've been on this site about three days now and got so sidetracked writing and reviewing I never introduced myself properly. Im 15 and live in manchester,UK and came on here to try and improve my writing abilities in all aspects. I uploaded oneshort story that I wrote before joining and the rest have been rushed attempts since and i have also made a meargre attempt at starting a novel, my excuse for not going further is that I want to become a pretty decent writer before I try and end up wasting time. So since I'm on a learning curve please review and help me improve if you can (or can be bothered). And again hello everybody
