Noticing Newbies

I just found this great site a few days ago and thought I'd finally get round to introducing myself, after being sidetracked by other activities for a while.

So...I'm 18, I'm an art/illustration student, I live in South Shields in the North East of England, and I've been writing since I could hold a crayon - I do, however, like to think my expression has become a little more sophisticated since then... I like all kinds of writing, but mainly I write a lot of poetry and short stories, and I've also started two novels, one much further along than the other.

I've added a few poems to my portfolio already (would love to hear anyone's opinion), and I'm looking forward to adding more, reading lots of others' work and taking part in all that WDC has to offer. Hooray!

Well I think that should do it, I consider myself introduced.
