I think you got a good idea here, but I'm not exactly sure if an In and Out is the best choice.

I'm thinking a forum would be a better idea. Perhaps have what your looking for in the title of the post, with the details inside. The people could reply to your ad a litter easier. I'm also thinking it would be nice to have several of these forums so it doesn't get so congested.



Perhaps an in and out of you can take it off when the "position" has been filled.

I believe this could have a real impact and be very helpful if done correctly. Though, It would require a lot of thought on how best to make sure the content of the ads don't get iffy.
