Wanted page

Hello,

It would be great to have an official "wanted" in & out page, in which a user can ask for services from other users. For example, I need someone extraneous to co-judge in a contest. Where can I post such a request in existing in & outs? The Marketplace is a place to offer services and not to request them.

What do you think?
