If you're running a review contest where this information is needed, you need to just make that a rule for entry to the contest.
Under normal circumstances this information is not important to include on the public review page. When members run contests that have special requirements, they simply add those requirements to the rules. Many groups and contests require the members include an image or special tag line in the reviews to be counted towards a contest or group participation. Requiring your entrants to include the user tag of the person they're reviewing would be no different from that.
