At last I think that I have the correct place to request a Genre be added. It is "Transgender." There is a category for Gay/Lesbian and that is wonderful to read items there. However my stories and at least two other writers works that I know of are different in content and nature. Transgender covers the transitioning from one gender to another. A lot of my stories cover both fields of Transgender and Gay, but are primarily aimed at the Transgender area of society

I would also suggest that when a new Genre is created, that your organisation send and announcement e-mail notice to everyone. This way we would all be aware at the same time. I found out about a couple of them by checking out someones writing. You folks may already do this, but I'm often a little slower on the pick up, as I concentrate of my things and I often miss the wider picture.
