25 feet doesn't seem very tall, but King Kong is described as being about that height, and he could climb to the top of a skyscraper with a woman in his hand. He's no midget.
I too am most drawn to larger ladies, but I don't find attraction to a "mini-giantess" strange. I'm attracted to tall women in real life, after all. Perhaps part of the reason authors will use mini-giantesses is because they seem closer to reality.
Then again, maybe they simply prefer a mini-giantess for reasons along the lines of why those of us here are puzzling over someone wanting a woman to be a million miles tall: the interaction factor. It's considerably more difficult to be accidentally injured by someone who's 25 feet tall than someone who's 100+ feet tall, even though both could easily kill a normal-size person if that were their intention.
