I just tried your port export - with HTML, .ZIP. I saved the file and checked it with WinRAR and, for me, it worked fine. I was able to see all the individual images. Looks like 673 files within the zip.
So it would have to be your computer. The file is 11.6 megs given all the images you have, so that will take a little time to download. My guess is your computer didn't complete the download so winrar didn't have a complete file to work with.
