I've been reviewing a lot lately, and on three instances I've noticed that an author has given him/herself an awardicon. I feel that this is cheating the system, as the awards are meant to be given as prizes for a job well done, not because of someones already overinflated ego.

Is there a way to stop authors from being able to gift themselves an awardicon?
