2008 Short Fiction Competition

I'm sorry I couldn't enter this round with the Western Genre. I've been fighting off walking pneumonia for weeks and simply couldn't get the energy to write.

I know you are probably disappointed with the number of entries, but don't give up on the genre. It's a classic American-made genre that has sadly fallen onto hard times. Maybe contacting the editors of the the Action/Adventure newsletter to post notices there weekly would help.

Please let me know how to send a donation of 25,000 prize points for an additional prize to encourage a return to the genre sometime in the future,.
