Hakon is in need of a face lift

Yeah... the title kinda sums it up. He's fallen flat in my head and on his face which sucks because I liked him until a couple nights ago when he dropped in on my dream and became a death warrior which really doesnt fit in so now i'm trying to revamp. any ideas?
