I'd say as much magic as is within human manageability, we'll see. (like, they can be mixed race) For instance druid is still human, so is a priest(ess), they can both do fairly large amounts of magic. Valkyries are selected from humans. some people like KC's character are forced to live as humans.
so they can be magical or multi raced, but we have to call a limit so as to make it more personal than power based.
