The only problem I have with the whole language thing, is when someone that has been with there job a long time or an older individual, looses their job all of a sudden because they don't speak spanish.
I think that is crazy. Also lets look at the single mom trying to work 2 jobs some of them, and they are getting their jobs stripped away or reduced to work in places for lower pay because of the fact they don't speak spanish.
They already have enough on them so lets throw something else on top of it to make their jobs harder again.
I don't want to be to cruel I just don't believe that is right. When we go to another country we must know the language, or take a translation book with us...
here they just say, "speak no English", and get away with it!!
