I'm not sure about a literal physical, but it would be normal to have a checkup to make sure there aren't any adverse side effects from the lightning strike. It might help if I knew why this is necessary in the story. Dose the doctor discover something add about her physiology? Is she coming in with some sort of complaint? These questions would help determine how the doctor would examine her.
