You know, that's probably the problem. I'm not so much for plot driven stories. I love getting into the psychological makeup of characters. To me, this is much more interesting than plot. Don't get me wrong, plot is important. I just don't feel it is as important as character. I, too, have read On Writing (just finished my second time through, as a matter of fact, great book), and found many things that helped me focus as a writer and relax a bit as far as getting the story going. But I will probably end up checking out Watchers. Thanks for the suggestion.
