The only thing you can do is move forward. There's not much else that you can do. What you're doing is allowing the internal editor to drive the crafting of the work and while the internal editor has his place, it's not during the first draft.
You have to give yourself permission to write crap.
As far as planning how to achieve perfection... Perfection is an illusion. It's not obtainable. You can strive for it, attempt to achieve it, polish the first draft in order make it nearer perfect. But you will never, ever achieve it. At some point, all you can do is say, "This is the best I can do at this time with this story" and start sending it out into the world.
