From the listing, just below the Paging system, you'll find

Your public listing content filter is set to: Do NOT Exclude Any Items
You can change your filter by editing your account details.
Interactive Story Filter: Filter most common topics

Try clicking the "Filter Most Common Topics" link. While not perfect, that will filter out most what what you're looking to filter.
