I'll agree too! The first time you comment on a reviewable book, it counts as your review and you have to rate the entire book at that time. But if you are commenting after reading only the first chapter, you don't know how you want to rate the entire book. If the next chapter isn't so good, or is a lot better, you'll regret the rating. Yes, you can change it somehow, but not everyone knows how.
