Personally, I haven't noticed this to be a problem that needs to be addressed or something that needs to be changed. The times I've seen it happen are when the bot is about to go off the page and the creator doesn't want it to be a complete waste, so they finish it themselves. If you think someone in particular is abusing this to get a high rank, then you should report it to a moderator or Sr. moderator.
