Picture size limit

Hi,
As I have been uploading pitures onto WDC, I noticed the picture has to 400x400 or under. I think that is a little small. When I draw pictures, I have tried to upload them onto this site, but they're over the 400x400 limit. Is it possible to let us upload picures a little larger???
