I'm also a gamer. Or rather, I was before time became such a limited commodity. I used to write copy for Stratics.com, and I worked as a game counselor for Origin before EA bought them out. In terms of entertainment, MMRPGs (multi-massive role playing games) are tremendous fun, but nothing has ever taken the place of reading for me.

Since you write and love gaming, perhaps you can combine the two. Check employment opportunities with Stratics and Electronic Arts. Startics used to have a lot of part-time gigs.
