General design suggestion

As I scroll down many, many WDC pages each day, it hit me it would be nice to have the banner at the top of the page remain in view at all times. As we scroll down we lose all those quick navigation tools and sometimes its just annoying to scroll all the way back up to click the My Favorites button, etc.

I tried the WDC toolbar...but it likes to throw errors in IE too often.

Anyway, just a thought *Smile*
