The "Photo" tag is found under the "Miscellaneous Tags" section, with the likes of poll, post, audio, entry and a couple of others.
It was long aging on the todo, so I went ahead and created a new Amazon/PR Tags section and moved the "PR" tag to it... Along with a new "bPR" (Big Product Review) tag.
I've also placed the "Amazon" tag in this section, as well as 4 other new Amazon.Com tag options.
