Sounds like you've got your system down. I was merely trying to offer advice to someone who seemed to be getting frustrated by lost ideas, who didn't seem to have the confidence that those ideas lost would be replaced by equal or greater ones, as you do. I have been in that boat before, trying to recall some brilliant idea that I may have had earlier in the day, and it can be frustrating. Of course, if you do have the means to write down the ideas as you come up with them, then there's no reason not to deliberate on them, because that is an active writing process, as opposed to passively deliberating on who shot Mr. Berringer while walking off some calories on a treadmill. By the time your workout is over, you may have forgotten is was the estranged butler after all, so in times like those I still recommend thinking about something else, if at all possible.
