I always have urges when things get rough, a life change occurs, or a major decision is placed on my shoulders. It's natural to have that anxiety. One thing I've learned about myself though is that once I've had people in my corner helping and keeping me on the right path, that when things start to get rough I can reach out to them. The adults in your life will still be there for you to help and guide you in the right direction if needed, so don't feel that you're going to be alone in all this. I've also made pacts with myself like as soon as so and so moves out i'm going to start cutting again, but it rarely ever happens like that because something inside of me always says...do you really want to go down this path again and have to start recovery all over again. Maybe if you just keep in mind how far you've come and what you've accomplished with your recovery that maybe that will help you through.
