horseback riding
I have very little experience with horses. How well does a horse go through really muddy terrain? or rocky? What kind of injuries might they get from rough terrain? There any good references on the web for this sort of thing? I can find plenty of information on the anatomy of a horse, or the care, but not so much on how they handle terrain.
