Well, Breezy-E (if that is your real name), there is a simple explanation for this.
Many things in life are based on reference. For example, to someone standing at a train station, trains come and go. But to someone on a train, stations come and go.
I can't be certain, but it's incredibly likely that the sky is not falling, so much as your chicken is rising up into the sky, and thus she would get the impression that it were falling.
The reason your chicken is rising into the air is obviously unknown to me, as there could be any number of factors. Perhaps your chicken is the second coming of Jesus, and is rising into the heavens? Or perhaps your chicken is an idiot and is just flying up (which would be quite a trick, I might add), herself.
In any case, I'd suggest not wasting your time trying to dodge falling sky, and more time trying to dodge falling bird poo.
