You have to keep in mind, look back, did hurting yourself really make it seem like everything would be okay? Likely, not. I mean, really think. Was it a false sense of security? Just a way to keep your mind off of everything?
I think you should spend a little time for yourself, relax. Take a bubble bath, read a good book, think about good things, do something you love to do
