That's true... this is a step away from the more serious forms of SI that I used to do. So that's something good about it. It's just embarassing and I wish I weren't doing anything physical to myself. The bite marks usually go away within a few hours, and the bruises are minor... at least more minor than when I used to punch the wall and bruise my knuckles up... these go away within a day or two.
