Well, I tried to talk to a few freinds but I just couldn't do that, the one I talk to, for some reason I just listen to him, and are really glad that I meet him, without him, I think I might of killed myself by now.
I have tried writing instead of cutting, I have a few times, I have lost count, so I don't know what else to try, I'm out of idea's, I'm just out of everything at the moment.
