Hmm, in going back through these, I believe I may just have been difficult. I think what I was trying to do was to get you guys to put together a clue in the ordering of the rhyme. Now I can't find who actually said it, but Kai's #20 post had the rhyme in the right order. It just didn't look the way I thought it should, I guess.
(sigh)
My bad. So what I meant by telling Andante and Kai to chat, was to use the order of stanzas in the prophesy as a clue towards the rede. Now, of course, it's come down to figuring out what it's all supposed to mean.
You've got one part, heading towards the Island of Monkeys. I don't want to put the proverbial foot in anyone's mouth, but the "statues" and the blue flower Marius found aren't clues toward the riddle, at least none that I had had in mind. So when you go off thinking about this one, try to disregard those false clues, okay?
And as my apology on this situation I put you guys in, please accept the following clue: Dmitri's "blue bells" are "bluebells," a flower that Kai might remember growing (at a particular time of the year) around the ruins of the Gates of Heaven.

I saw this and thought it was so perfect!
